Adoption Story: Britney

Britney’s best day ever. 

Hello, my name is Britney, I am a 10-year-old female coonhound who was recently a resident at the HART For Animals facility. I want to tell everyone about the best day of my life, the day I found my family. I was sitting at HART enjoying all the walks, playtime, training, and treats but craving something more, a family that I could call my own. Then one day a wonderful staff member came to take me on an extra walk. I was really excited. When we reached the door I noticed some extra friends standing outside to meet me. A man, woman, and even a 4 legged friend (who turned out to be my brand new brother!). We went on a walk and I showed off my skills and before I knew it I was in the back of their car. Everyone at HART waved goodbye as I drove to my new home. I knew then that I would never be lonely again. So thank you for listening to the story of my best day ever, and I hope that it will inspire you to give the same story to a dog like me because home is where your humans are.
