Duck’s Happy Tail!

Duck, an adorable Beagle/Basset mix, found his forever family when he was adopted from HART in July!

We’re thrilled to share that Duck has been settling in beautifully at his new home. His family says it’s been a perfect match!

They recently sent us this paw-some update:

Duck fit right into their family and adjusted quickly. He loves sprinting around the house during his zoomie time and enjoys visiting with the neighbors.

When Duck was here at HART, he was a little tentative at first. Now, his family tells us he’s bonded wonderfully with his new human sibling and continues to come out of his shell more every week.

He’s even discovered the cow pasture next door, and loves trying to make friends with the cows from a safe distance!

His family shared that Duck has been an incredible addition to their lives, and they can’t wait to see what other shenanigans and adventures he gets into in the future! 

We are so happy that Duck now has a loving family and a happy home to share his love with! Thank you to all our adopters for giving pets in need a second chance.
