Bed n’ Bark Inn Pet Hotel Policies
For the protection and comfort of all our pet guests:
VACCINATIONS:
If your pet requires an updated vaccination, please make arrangements for the vaccination to be administered no less than 72 hours before their stay at the Bed ‘n Bark Inn. All pets are required to have up-to-date for the entirety of their stay:
Rabies
Distemper/Parvo Virus
Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, FVRCP
*As the dog(s) owner, you understand that even if your dog(s) is vaccinated for Bordetella (Kennel Cough) there is a chance that your dog(s) can still contract Kennel Cough. You agree that you, the owner of the dog(s), will not hold the Bed 'n Bark Inn or HART for Animals responsible if your dog(s) contracts Kennel Cough or other dog-to-dog transmitted ailments.
PARASITES:
All pet guests must be free of parasites (ex. ticks, fleas, worms, etc.). If evidence of parasites is detected on pet guests, they will be treated at the owner's expense.
EMERGENCY VETERINARY TREATMENT:
In the event a pet guest becomes ill during his/her stay at the Bed 'n Bark Inn and the owner cannot be immediately contacted, emergency treatment will be provided at the Bredel Veterinary Clinic. The owner will be responsible for the payment of all fees incurred.
PET SHARING ACCOMMODATIONS:
The stress of being in a new situation may cause pets to behave unpredictably when sharing a dog den or cat condo. If owners request that their pets be kept together in the same enclosure, the Bed 'n Bark Inn will not be responsible for any injury sustained due to pet guests sharing accommodations. Should any such injury occur, pet guests will be treated as Emergency Veterinary Treatment, and the owner will be notified immediately.
TOYS AND PERSONAL ITEMS:
The Bed 'n Bark Inn is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought in by pet guests.
